There was one interview round where the recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. There was great communication up until the interview. He ghosted me right after and then reposted the position. Complete waste of time. It’s as if the companies are data fishing
It was honestly the most boring interview I’ve ever had. The recruiter mostly asked questions that were already answered in my resume, going through each role and asking how much time I spent on tasks like organizing meetings or handling bookings and travel. It felt a bit outdated, since interviews usually focus on things that aren’t already covered in the resume, rather than asking you to repeat what’s already written there. I realized toward the end of the interview that the company might not be the right fit for me, as I thrive in environments that value innovation
