I was referred into the Carerra Agency by fairly credible sources who knew about my work reputation and performance. Now that I have experience with Carerra, I understand they seek to partner with the right people, both on the job seeker and employer side, so they can leverage their relationships to create win-win employment solutions. I worked with Jennifer Taylor who impressed me from the beginning with her knowledge about the employer as well as her knowledge of my profession, which made it very easy to work with her to highlight certain areas of my background, skills and personality that were needed by the organization where I now work. Leveraging my her relationship and reputation with that organization, with two onsite interviews with Carrera's clients, I was working in just a couple weeks, after a 10 month job search, at one of San Diego's best places to work. Very happy and actually worth the wait!

Entrevista
5 phone calls and a 90 minute in person with 7 people. Follow up from someone who never even spoke to the hiring manager. Bad experience. Would never work with these unprofessional people again.
