The interview process took one day. I applied online and heard back a few hours later. It was a grand opening of a new cheesecake factory so an office was set up just for interviews with a lot of people.The ekm and assistant ekm both interviewed me for around 30 minutes. They asked a lot of questions, but nothing particularly hard.

The Interview itself is usually gonna be schedule pretty early in the morning.
During the interview the manager/GM is just going over what to expect from the job, the pay, then ask you whether or not you want the job.

was easy they need cooks so any experience you have will work just make sure you tell them what station you prefer to work in for the position. but overall, the managers are kind and respect hard working individuals
