Three separate interviews. First one is brief to see if you meet basic requirements. Second one is more of a personality and if you are asked back for a third, chances are you are hired. You then speak to the GM who then has the final call.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
