First you meet the current manager of the workgroup you're applying for and then you meet the AGM or GM based on availability. Some interviews were mostly conversational to gauge personalities, some went into the typical interview questions like strengths and weaknesses, etc.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
