I walked in and was immediately greeted by the hosts. Moments later I was quickly interviewed and only asked a few questions about my prior serving experience until I was offered a job as a busser-to then move into a serving role. It turned out I didn't have to do that, but just attended the onboarding classes until I was brought onto the team.

Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.

Entrevista
The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.

informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
