You sit down with the manager and they ask you a few simple questions about your experience and your availability. Overall, not very difficult, especially if you’ve ever interviewed for a restaurant position before. The more difficult part comes after, as training takes around two weeks in total.

The manager barely asked any questions and didn’t let any opportunity for me to ask questions. The interview didn’t last more than 5 minutes and the manager didn’t seem to take interest in who I was or why I wanted the job. It was a big red flag for me
