I was asked to interview in person at the corresponding location. The interview was easy and they were looking for someone who has experienced in restaurants or retail. They did not ask me for references.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
