I sent an application, live in the area, have the experience and qualifications required for the position. I hear nothing from my application. except the manager you would be under has LinkedIn stalked me. Which is very strange and odd. Especially when you fill out a long application form, covering letting and include your cv for them to then stalk you on Linkedin. Dont get in touch with you or nothing. Then when you go and look at the application (no notification from them) its been rejected. Awful company!
