They were late to the interview and didn't know who was supposed to be there interviewing me. It seemed that they randomly pulled someone in. They also seemed to brag about how competitive the work environment was as well as the career potential. They made me watch a 10 minute video about the job. I did take the job and immediately found that the description in the interview and the video was far from the truth of the job. I should have run from this interview.
