Structured interview process starting with a screening call followed by a session with the Hiring Manager and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Cigna KL office. The interviewers were exceptionally friendly and did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout the discussion. Although I wasn't selected for the role, I am very grateful for the opportunity. This was my first interview in two years following a personal bereavement and the fact that they considered my application gave me a significant boost in confidence. It reminded me of my professional value as I restart my career. The process helped me clearly identify my strengths and areas for improvement, which I will carry forward into future interviews. Overall, it was a wonderful and supportive experience.
