Very fair interview, questions require you to think and be specific. You’ll also be asked about difficult situations a lot which centered around leadership and thinking skills. Overall a good interview. If you prep you’ll be fine.

Entrevista
Phone screen followed by two behavioral interviews. Third stage would have been in-person in CT. First was with two current associates, second with a graduate of the program. All interviewers were friendly, engaging and sounded passionate about the program.

Pretty straight forward, screening call then interview with 2 associates in my case and then the next round very similar, ends with an in person interview in Bloomfield where their headquarters are located.
