Phone interview followed by interview with hiring manager then another interview with peers. Continued to go back and forth with HR and talent recruiter and after 3 months still have not received an answer

The initial interview is with a phone recruiter asking specifics about the background you have and how it would fit into the role as described. Then there was lots of phone tag. Next interview was with the supervisor and then another interview with staff members all via telephone.
