I applied online through their website, then received an email for an online assessment. Once I completed the assessment, I received a call for an informal interview with the regional manager. I then was scheduled to meet with the another manager of claims. The interview went well and I was told I would be contacted in two weeks. Two weeks pass and I was told that they hired someone with experience (this was a trainee role). Two days pass and I see they repost the same position. I seriously question if they in fact hired someone to begin with or simply gave dishonest feedback.

met with claims manager in my area, recommended for interview and set up immediately. met with hiring rep, about a 2 hour interview. 3+ weeks later and still hoping for a positive answer. they were very nice to work with and very good about responding when I followed up....
