The most bizarre interview I've ever had in my whole life. The interviewer asked exactly one question at the very end: "Do you have any questions for me?" They didn't ask about my education, my experience, or anything else. They told me the history of the company, what her division did, and the responsibilities of the associate position I was asked to interview for. It was my job to interject my experience in between her telling me all of this, which I did, but I still thought it was an entirely bizarre experience. Who asks to interview you and then doesn't ask any questions??
After the interview, I sent my thank you letter and my writing sample and was promised I'd receive an e-mail within a week, but never heard back from them (this was many months ago). It is fast becoming the norm for organizations to not bother to inform the interviewee that they did not get the job, and sadly The Climate Reality Project is one of those organizations. However, I still find the practice appalling and discourteous to anyone who made it to the interview stage.
