The interview process was fairly standard for corporate interviews. Four hours on site with an additional hour off site for lunch. It was refreshing to have 1-on-1 conversations compared to 2-on-1 or even 3-on-1 which can be overwhelming. The recruiter was targeting engineers looking at technical sourcing.
