The initial round was conducted at a university where 2 former alumni interviewed in person with the candidate for 30 minutes. Within 2 weeks, the a person from the HR department reached out to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview started with a 40 minute research presentation, followed by a total of 6 1-on-1 interviews with a lunch slot inserted in the middle of the 6 interview sessions. The interviewers mainly ask behavioral questions.

I interviewed with two managers. Mostly reasonable questions were asked on the interview and both managers were taking notes on every answer I gave. They seemed interested in my skills which I appreciated.
