There were two thirty minute interviews, one on marketing and one on more technical concepts (R&D). The marketing one involved the interviewers choosing multiple consumer products for you to analyze and determine new ways of marketing the item for different consumer groups. The technical is more about how to analyze a certain product and what suggests would you make to improve it and how would you make the improvement.

There was a virtual “open house” that functioned similar to a phone interview where you talked to a current R&D engineer about your resume. After that I was invited to a formal two-part virtual interview. First part was consumer experience focused and second part was technical focused.
