I recently interviewed with Clorox, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The recruiter appeared disengaged during the conversation, which made me feel uneasy and unsure about the process. Additionally, I was informed that I would receive an assessment as part of the next steps, but it never arrived, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed. Clear communication and professionalism are key in creating a positive candidate experience, and this lack of follow-up, combined with the recruiter's behavior, affected my perception of the company. While I had previously been impressed by Clorox during an event I attended, this experience has given me pause about applying in the future. I hope this feedback can help improve the process for other candidates moving forward.
