3 step process: phone screen, onsite interview (3-4 panelists, one per hour), and virtual interviews as needed (additional 1hr/panelist). end to end took around 4 weeks for final decision. Fairly streamlined process and I was able to work with the same 2 HR team members who helped introduce and schedule everything for me.
