They used small group Interviews. They take about 3-4 people in with a manager at once. They did not ask any behavioral type questions. If you know a person that works there already, you are basically a shoe in for the job

Submitted resume, received a call from someone who asked me a few questions (mainly to see if I had a clear, educated speaking voice). That was it. They didn't even really inquire about my work experience or anything on the resume. A monkey could do this job. There is a group training call and that's it.
