Between the phone interview, in person interview, and offer - the entire process was just around 2 weeks which is pretty quick for the federal space. I had the opportunity to interview at the the office, tour the space, and meet with senior leadership. Overall it was a positive experience.

The questions revolved around my experience and anticipated goals if hired. The company culture, position's requirements / daily duties, and further details about the company were all thoroughly explained throughout the conversation. It lasted about 2 hours.
