Entrevista
I liked the process because they were upfront about expectations and each step I would take along the way. I was told it would be about 4-5 steps with the last step being an on-the-job day so you can really get a feel for the work needed.
It started with a Quick phone screen interview by my recruiter Joshua.
Then if all goes well it went to another interview. They do a speed round of questions where you give mainly yes/no, short answers. At first, it was hard to get into the flow of this speed round but after a few questions, you find a rhythm.
Next up was a Teams video interview with another associate from the talent/ recruitment department (Katy) . Unfortunately, this was my last step as I didn’t make it through to the next round.
What’s great is that my recruiter sent an email saying they went in a different direction, which is never fun to hear. But I responded the same day asking for feedback. What I loved is that he emailed me back the same day and got the feedback I needed. Wow it was so good. I was told I have to wait for a year to apply but I was told both the good things I did and my lack of sales ability. My feedback was that Delivering on Sales and Coaching The sales was a weakness. Making sure there is not quit on Selling. Always want to get the close! I didn't do a good job here but I will next time!!
Though I was disappointed I saw the TCG feedback culture in full action. I also had email communication with the head of talent retention / Recruitment and he was amazing with communication (Chris).
It wasn't my time for TCG but now I know the next 12 months until I can apply again I'm focusing on building up my sales experience at my current job.
Everyone was very kind but very clear about how this is a job for the top of the top. I was close but not there yet. I told them all that I'll be applying a year from now with improving upon their feedback with excellence. One day I hope to be a property manager with TCG. They gave me the feedback so now it's my turn. Next year I'm making it!!! GRIT X1000

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

Entrevista
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
