You do three interviews. A recruiter will call you first and if that goes well, he or she will set you up with an interview at one of the properties in your area. That will be your first interview. Mine was via webcam which was kind of different. After that first interview, the same recruiter will contact you. I was given another interview via webcam a few days later with a different person but at the same property as the last interview. After the second interview, the last interview is "a day in the field." I was offered the opportunity to go back to the same property, but this time I would shadow an agent. Then you are contacted by the recruiter and you are either offered the position or not.
