1st call back 20 min interview, set up for 2nd 30 phone interview. In person interview 20 min. 2nd in person interview 20min. Third interview is a full shift 8 hours of work. This last part is no joke they really want you to work for free. After 4 interviews they invite you to a day in the field, with no job offer. Dave feels guilty about it and buys you lunch.
