Group interview only. Company only hires "great" people which means 1 person does the work of 3 people as a minimum standard. Most hires are recruited by current employees, or if you only have a very bubbly talkative personality. Positive attitudes are professional appearance and good natured/ respectful attitude does not get you the job—only if you love to talk.
