What a waste of time. First the group interview, but what stood out to me is how long it took them to reach out to me after the interview. Two weeks later they EMAILED me, didn't even have the common decency to call me about the one on one interview. I went in the next business day and had the one on one interview with two managers, they asked me questions like 'What do you know about Container store?' 'What do you do on your spare time?' 'How are your computer skills?' and I thought I answered them well. The interview ended it well and I was sure I had it in the bag. They said they would contact me within a week. About a week later I emailed the manager and he said he would contact me on the following business day. It's been a couple days now and nothing. I hate how they lead you on and how they don't respect your time. But whatever, this company seems very cult-ish.
