So you submit an application and then step two is that you're asked to submit supplemental questions on an additional application. Step three is a phone interview and then step four is an in-person interview. Step five is another in-person interview. The entire process takes a little over a month. I was called back for step five but, I had to reschedule because of a family emergency, however, they were entirely unwilling to do the interview any other time so, I had to decline. It was very unfortunate because they were very slow at returning emails. If you're looking to be hired fast, look elsewhere.
