I was contacted on LinkedIn by this company for a Tech Lead role, and despite my past experience with them applying for a junior position, I thought things might have changed. The Talent Acquisition team scheduled an interview with the hiring manager in desperation, and the interview itself went well. I was told I would hear about the next steps.
It has now been four weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups with the TA team, I have received no response. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this—similar behavior occurred a decade ago.
My advice: be cautious and consider whether you want to risk being ghosted. The lack of basic courtesy and communication reflects poorly on their professionalism.

Interviewing at Craneware was an incredibly positive experience. The HR team kept things smooth and friendly from the start—really helpful and clear about each step. What stood out most, though, were the managers I met during the interview. They had that perfect mix of technical depth and leadership, and the conversations felt more like knowledge-sharing than an interview. I genuinely learned a lot during the sessions. Time flew by, and I left feeling even more excited about the role and team culture.
