The applications has 3 rounds. In the first round, they will ask you to state your name, the position you're applying for and the technical skills you have acquired in relation to that position.
You have to be careful when they ask you about the skills. In our case, it was the COO who facilitated the first round. You have to show confidence and answer immediately. If you failed to make them interested about you, it's an automatic way of saying goodbye to the opportunity ahead of you.
Yes, the first round is a killer make or break moment. If you made it in the first round, you have a 90% chance of getting that job and will be sent to the HR director and CEO for further evaluationn. Otherwise, you'll proceed to round 2.
If you failed to meet their needs and expectations in Round 1, you will be sent home immediately. They will tell you to wait for further instructions and you will be sent to the HR department where Round 2 commences. They said, in Round 2, there's no assurance. Application may last from weeks to even a full year.
I can't really tell much about Round 2 and Round 3 since I got in the first round. Although I guess, round 2 will be the typical application process wherein the HR representative will ask you further about your background. They told us, here they'll be giving exams and will evaluate you in terms of your presentation skills and psychological state.
