I was invited to be interviewed 3 hour before opening and asked some basic personal information questions. I was quickly offered a job as it was the holiday period and they needed someone to help fill in the roles of staff who had gone away. I was then trained for 2 hours on bar before completing my very first shift successfully. The interviewer was very friendly and ensured that I filled in all appropriate documents and was adequately briefed before beginning work. I was made to feel like a valuable member of the team and, more importantly, a part of something greater than myself from the moment i began working.

There was a form online to complete, we then had to attend a group interview and complete activities and group exercises. After this I had to attend a one-to-one interview. Once I had completed this I had to attend 2 weeks of compulsory training.
