Applied on the civil service portal and had to send my CV and write a 750 words statement stating why this role was right for me. I then got an email inviting me to an interview. I selected the date and time on the portal. There was also some feedback on my application, which was great in case I did not succeed.

Very poor process, interviewers were unable to explain what the job would entail, or even say what they enjoyed about doing their own jobs. The interview was not tailored to a particular job so all hypothetical.
