Thorough and quick. First interview. Demo lesson. Follow-up interview. Those who interviewed me asked good questions and listened well to what I said. Seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit. My advice is to be honest, be clear about your pedagogy and know what salary you want when you go in. Negotiate your base pay wisely. If it's the right place for you, they will get you the IB training, so apply even if you are not already an IB teacher. Does help to know about IB enough to ask questions, though.
