The interview process actually took place prior to the merger with Journal Broadcast group... But the processes seem to be fairly similar in structure. Phone interview/general competency, experience, abilities and fit-for-position interview. Then a series of face to face interviews with progressive sales management: Local sales manager, General Sales Manager, Operations General Manager.

A detailed and clear professional process. A well thought out and sophisticated interview system that went above my expectations. All of my interviews felt incredibly thorough and I was given an adequate amount of time to also ask my questions.

Process was very smooth and timely. All parties involved were responsive and thorough. I had any easy application process online as well. I had all my questions answered and they were very accommodating.

1 Phone Interview, 4 Zoom Interviews, and 1 Personality/Comprehension Assessment. Each interview lasted between 15 minutes to about 45 minutes. Lots of time to ask questions and get to know more about the company.
