I met Chris in Talent Acquisition at the job fair and briefly told him about my background, what position I was looking for and gave him my physical resume. Then he passed my information along to Kiera in Talent Acquisition.
Kiera emailed me the same day to set up a phone screen with her for next week.
During the phone screen, Kiera was helpful, friendly, and she explained the position and the company culture. She also allowed me to ask questions.
Then she set up a Zoom interview with me and the hiring managers in the department.
I had a wonderful interview with the hiring managers. They explained the company culture, the position and what qualities they are looking for in a candidate.
Then they opened the floor to allow me to ask questions. They told me about next steps and the timeframe as to when I would hear back. It was very transparent.
A week later, I received a call from the talent acquisition team about an offer.
The interview process was a 10 out of 10.
