I had a phone interview with a woman in HR who told me that a job they'd posted for someone with 2-3 years of experience was actually for someone with 5 years of experience. She then told me about a position for someone with my experience, and when I tried to ask her more questions about it she ended the conversation. I checked periodically, but the position didn't exist. They then passed me along to another person in HR whose contract promptly expired without helping me at all.
