Went through multiple rounds of interviews and completed the final round, just to be ghosted. There was no indication that I had come up short in any way, and I was well prepared for each interview. When I reached out, I received a canned rejection along with the note from the interviewer that "unfortunately, the hiring manager didn't give me any feedback." I'm sorry, but if you make it to the final round, there should be clear communication that you didn't get the job and feedback as to why. I understand why this doesn't happen in phone screens, but this is just bad culturally. I wouldn't apply for another job here.
