I applied online and got a phone call within a day or 2 from a recruiter. All sounded very professional at this point. When I got to the office, there was deafeningly loud hip-hop music playing from a glassed-in room behind the reception desk. I was handed an application form to fill out, which suggested that they get far too many applicants to spend time even looking at their resumes. Then, I spoke to the CEO/founder in his back office that, like another user described, had gold records and framed posters from rap/hip-hop artists on the wall. Questions were basic and of the getting-to-know you type. I had applied for an administrative position, which they were apparently not hiring for - he described recruiting others via phone to work at their company (which screamed pyramid scheme to me) and working in sales (which I am not interested in doing.) Everything about the experience seemed very sketchy, and I was not disappointed not to get a call back.
