The interview Process was pretty easy, at first they screened my candidature through Phone and fixed a time to get interviewed by a Team Leader from EGC. The second round was the Skill Test Round in their office, was allotted a separate cabin to assess my skills. It was a 3 hour test on designing a basic android application mock-up. it went good, the Project Coordinator Mr. Rama Krishna was heading the Skill test round. He made sure that i got all the amenities for this round. After one week from the skill test round was the Phone interview with the CEO, He was pretty knowledgeable on the design technologies, but talked a bit on the lower grade relating to the experience and all. Right after the final phone screening was the HR round, things went a bit slow considering that the CEO postponed the interview process a couple of times. But the operations manager, made sure that i can get interviewed on time. Thanks to her, it went a smooth sail.
