Terrible, was made to feel like i was a burden throughout. The Interviewer didnt ask me a single question about my skillset, transferable skills, why i would fit the company etc. Was never asked about my Degree, what i learnt, why its applicable, the skills/ experience gained from it. nothing. Instead i was drilled for an hour with questions designed to catch me out, may as well shone a light in my eyes whilst i was there. Interviewer asked me multiple question which i had no way of knowing the answers to but became irritated that i gave 'Wrong' answers. I was told that the questions were test my research skills. There's nothing wrong with my research skills, i had just graduated from a research based degree and had spen t HUNDREDS of hours doing research. They would know this if they either asked or looked at my CV. Every time answered a question, i was cut off by the interviewer even though i made it clear i had more to say. i asked about the training provided and the interviwer scoffed that there isnt any, you'll be on the phones straight away - this is a TRAINEE/ graduate role! i expect to be trained. The last kick in the teeth is i was then ghosted despite follow up emails. The least they could do was tell me i didn't progress. Dodged a Bullet.

Interview process was very quick. Had a telephone interview and then was invited for an in person interview. After the office interview I didn't receive any contact from them to tell me if I was successful, after two interviews an email to tell me I was unsuccessful was expected but I heard nothing
