Onerous but fine. Psych tests and interview, panel interview, tel screen, two presentations. The whole thing was not exactly difficult but it was comprehensive.They flew me to Dubai as part of the process.

Entrevista
Its a long 2 day process. Day one is presentation, QA. Day 2 is psychometric testing and group discussions only if you pass on Day 1. Starts with a phone interview. Then they bring you in.
Day 1 is presentation and QA, and if you pass then Day 2 is psychometric and a meeting with the psychologist and a meeting one on one with the department head. The process is long and painful. Sometimes it is also unprofessional, where they take you and other competitors who have applied for the same position into a room for group discussion and you have to introduce yourself and where you work etc. There goes your "undercover" interview process.

Generally not a set format, you get a problem statement, and you have to make a presentation to present to a committee, which includes two people form the hiring department (not necessarily the hiring manager) and HR. You are allowed time to present, and the the QA starts, which could be from the presentation or anything from the resume or general questions.
The psychometric testing is bizarre, most people have never done something like this before, unless you have worked in the military or secret services. There is a meeting with a psychologist too after the test.
