Entrevista
I applied online and I was selected for an online interview via hireview which was basically me answering engineering questions. This was followed by psychometric analysis tests and finally an interview after which I got the job offer.

I was given a topic to prepare for 1 hour prior, I needed to present about that topic. So the interview was based on questions about the topic. After that few more questions about the job and work life. Nothing too technical though.

Face to face interview by the hiring manager. HR representative. Before that psychometric assessment which is basically personality evaluation followed by detailed feedback and discussion. They also provide tour of their facilities and also show sample accommodation.
