Process has three parts. assessment center. psychometric feedback and one to one interview.In the assessment center you need to have team work, group presentation and discussion. Psychometric feedback can be a bit tricky as they give you specific time to finish it. one to one interview they ask you questions based in competency.

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview

Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:

Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
