At first I received an email to see my interest in the position. I answered back with an email positively. Then I was asked to agree on the Recruter to represent me exclusively on this position. I had a phone interview the next following day. 3 months later, she got back to me via en email to see if my interest was still there. I responded positively. I sent my updated résumé. I next got a phone call for an interview for a one on one interview the next following week. I passed the on site director interview. The next morning I was hired.
