I had an 1st interview via Microsoft Teams where I met with the Head of Design and she briefed me about the role and I got the chance to speak about my background. Overall, I got a welcoming vibe from her and felt good after the interview had ended. I recieved an email the same day inviting me for a second interview, in which I had to do a design task and present it to the Head of Design the following week in person. I completed the task and sent over my final spread ahead of the 2nd stage interview. During the interview, the Head of Design was very impressed by my work, and I left feeling confident. She let me know I would hear back in 2-3 business days. I waited until the following week to send a follow-up email after I had not heard from them. I recieved no reply. Two weeks after, I sent another email and also did not receive a reply. This left me feeling disheartened as I had to pay to travel into central London for the 2nd interview and did not receive any email about the outcome of my efforts. I am very disappointed.
