I applied online and we arranged a time for a recruiter phone screen. Thirty minutes before the interview, the recruiter sent me an e-mail said that he/she would not be available for that time and would like to change it to another date. I replied to the e-mail to make sure what the exact time would it be. No more e-mail from the recruiter thereafter. I waited at the same time on the given date but nobody was there. About two weeks later, the company sent me an e-mail said that they decided to move on with other candidates.
