Very brief interview process with owner followed up with another brief interview process with VP. They are interested in sales ability and want you to show that you have the ability to build rapport and incentives to close sales deals.

Entrevista
Had a phone interview first where they called me and we discussed my work experience and what I'm interested in. We set up an in person interview at their business location. The interview was friendly and professional. I was asked more detailed questions about work experience and interest. The interview was conversational where I felt I got to ask most of my questions during the course of the discussion but at the end I was asked if I had any questions and asked my final questions. I was given a tour of the building at the end and was also walked to the front door. I felt it was a positive experience and it was ultimately a contributing factor to my decision to start working for the company
