Before interviewing they had me write a mock up newsletter article, three different sample social media posts for a campaign and make an Instagram Reel. After this I was invited to interview in person and interviewed with the whole team. When leaving I was told they would let me know within a certain timeframe. When they didn’t reach out I sent an email asking for an update and never received a response. After asking me to do sample work and interview in person with the whole team they couldn’t bother to send me a single email informing me of their decision. Because of this lack of respect for candidates time and frankly unprofessional ghosting I would not apply to work here again.
