I spoke with HR over the phone first. Then three weeks later got a call for an in person interview... met with two individuals. Told me they would be in touch with me no longer than a week later. I never heard back from them after that even after I emailed both of them. Thats the only problem I have. Out of courtesy even if the candidate does not land the position at least let them know that!
