Formal and well structured. The hiring manger was friendly and accommodating. The interview is based on a series of questions and answers which ultimately gives an overview of the suitability of the candidate for the job.

The interview was very average. They asked job related questions. I was shown the office space and what was to be expected of me. I was questioned about any job related experience I may have had.
